After seven long weeks we are finally open again since 6 May. The opening takes place under strict hygiene and protection conditions. We are following the recommendation of the Ministry of Science, Research and Art of Baden-Württemberg of 6 May 2020.

The number of visitors is limited according to the size of the respective exhibition space.
All visitors are required to wear masks. Please bring your own mask!
The hand disinfection station must be used when entering the museum.
A minimum distance of 1.5 metres must be maintained in all areas. Please show consideration for other visitors and our staff: Wait at stairs and narrow passages until the area is clear. Please be patient if smaller exhibition rooms are already visited by other guests. Please also observe the rules of distance when using the elevator: Let passengers get off first before they get on. Give way to visitors with restricted mobility.
Tours can be conducted with a maximum of 4 persons. Please check the calendar for information about our offers.
Museum educational offers will not take place for the time being.
Posters inform about the hygiene and distance rules. Please adhere to the rules and follow the instructions of our staff.

However, there are no restrictions on opening hours:

Tuesday – Friday from 10 am to 18 pm

Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Always closed on Mondays

The museum café will be open again under strict conditions from Tuesday, 19 May 2020.
